SODANN has a very democratic governance structure. At the very top is The General Assembly which is the supreme policy organ. It meets at least once annually; elects Board of Directors (BOD) every two years and approves all the work plans. The BOD can only serve a maximum of two terms. It is the BOD that appoints the Secretariat as follows.
